FLPL collects the information needed to provide URL shortening, QR code generation, bio pages, account management, security review, abuse prevention, and campaign analytics. This may include account details, links you create, destination URLs, campaign parameters, QR and bio page settings, redirect events, approximate location, browser, device, referrer, IP-derived security signals, and support messages.

How information is used

We use this information to operate the service, display analytics, maintain redirects, prevent phishing and spam, detect abuse, improve reliability, respond to support requests, and comply with applicable legal obligations. We do not sell private account data as a standalone product.

Analytics and tracking

FLPL may use first-party platform analytics and configured analytics tools to understand traffic, page performance, conversions, and link abuse patterns. Short link creators can also add tracking pixels or campaign tags where the feature is enabled. Users are responsible for using tracking tools in a lawful, transparent, and consent-aware way for their own audience.

Legal requests and safety reviews

If FLPL receives a valid legal, regulatory, security, or abuse-related request, we may review relevant account, link, redirect, and access data to protect users, investigate misuse, or meet legal obligations. We aim to limit disclosures to what is reasonably necessary for the request.

Your choices

You can manage or delete links from your account dashboard. For privacy, data correction, deletion, or abuse requests, contact FLPL through the contact or report page and include enough detail for us to identify the relevant account, short link, destination, or bio page.
